Who runs ARISTEVI?
ARISTEVI is a non-profit private foundation that is run by a board. The Vice President & Director of the Foundation, Rev. Dr. Spiro is the contact person for any questions or regarding eligibility, applications, and interviewing. Please direct all questions to ARISTEVINashville@gmail.com.
How do I apply?
Applicants must be identified and endorsed by a recognized organization that works with Human Trafficking Survivors. An application must be submitted to ARISTEVI which includes basic schooling and cost information. Applications must accompany a letter from the referring agency. Applications can be obtained by emailing ARISTEVINashville@gmail.com
What does ARISTEVI cover?
ARISTEVI will cover educational expenses for college, graduate school or vocational school.
How much does ARISTEVI cover?
Each application and need is different. Applicants will be interviewed, and amount of funding is determined after the submission of a completed application and interview.
How is funding received?
ARISTEVI pays the educational institution or vocational school directly. No funds are issued directly to the applicant.
How long will ARISTEVI support me?
The short answer is- “Throughout the student’s educational journey.” However, a “C” grade average must be maintained. Withdrawals or incomplete or failing grades will exempt a student from future ARISTEVI support.
Will anyone know that I am receiving this assistance?
Only the referring agency that referred the applicant, the school, and the applicant will know about the support. ARISTEVI does not advertise. It does solicit funding, nor announce, nor highlight applicants or recipients of ARISTEVI’s support. Support and information is strictly confidential.
